A delegation from France’s Institute for Development Research (IRD) visited Mexico and Costa Rica earlier in December to build partnerships with local organisations.
Michel Laurent, the IRD president, led a group which met representatives from Mexico’s National Assembly and its National Ecology Institute, signing cooperation agreements with both.
