The French National Research Agency (ANR) and the Inter-institutional Agency of Research for Development (AIRD) are to co-operate on research projects with developing countries.
ANR director-general Jacqueline Lecourtier and the president of the Institute of Research for Development, Michel Laurent, signed a four-year framework agreement on 14 September.
