France needs to repair its innovation cycle, prime minister Jean-Marc Ayrault told the national association for research and technology (ANRT) on 11 February.
“On the one hand, there is brilliant research, recognised worldwide, and on the other, there is industry, also with a glorious history but which suffers today from a lack of innovation,” he told the annual meeting of the ANRT, an organisation that aims to bring together private and public actors involved in research and innovation.
