Development agency to fund university partnerships to boost education quality
France has launched a programme called Partnerships with African Higher Education (PEA), aimed at developing deeper links with 18 sub-Saharan countries.
Announced by the National Research Agency ANR, the programme is part of a wider initiative called Welcome to France, devised by the ministries of Europe and foreign affairs, higher education and research, and university organisation Campus France.
