Third round of French ‘Excellences’ scheme has both regional and international ambitions
The French government has launched the third round of a programme intended to bring higher education and research institutions up to “the highest international standards”.
Opened on 30 September, this final wave of the Excellences programme will be backed by up to €179 million and will award minimum grants of €5m.
