An extra €500,000 to fund science public relations projects in German cities has been made available by the Stifterverband, an association of German research sponsors.
The Stifterverband is to fund 10 cities with €50,000 each under its “Stadt der Wissenschaft” (City of Science) project. The project has been running since 2005, during which time seven Cities of Science have been crowned.
