The Humboldt Foundation is planning to fund scholarships for Egyptian and Tunisian students to support the development of a democratic society following the recent local upheavals.
The foundation announced on 3 November that it was in the process of creating a special fund for researchers from these countries that would be attached to the foundation’s scholarship programme.
