Karlsruhe tech institute teams up with South Korea

The Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany’s answer to the US-based Massachusetts Institute of Technology, is to work with South Korea on biological borders research.

The announcement of the collaboration, which was agreed during a meeting with KIT partners and the Korean Institute of Science and Technology in Seoul, was made on 28 October. The agreement will be based on “science tandems” in which researchers from each institution will partner one another on particular projects.
