Bochum and Aachen share €70m construction grant

The universities of Aachen and Bochum have received €70 million to construct two extensions to their campuses to increase their research and science activities.

The money, provided by the German government and the government of North Rhine-Westphalia, will be used for research into molecular biology, environmental issues and the development of renewable energy sources.
