EU funding boosts Schleswig-Holstein businesses

Young innovators in Schleswig-Holstein will have access to €6 million in seed funding through a fund initiated by the local government and the European Fund for Regional Development.

The fund was launched on 9 January, and will provide seed funding for high-risk business start-ups. Jost de Jager, business minister for Schleswig-Holstein, said the fund was open for innovative small businesses that were founded less than six years ago.
