Nanotechnology centre opens in Duisburg

A nanotechnology research centre that will host more than 100 scientists has opened its doors in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The centre, which took two years to construct, will work on nanotechnology and nanochemistry research with the University of Duisburg Essen. The work was funded by €23 million from the North Rhine-Westphalian research ministry and €23m from the German government.
