Molecular biology centre founded in Berlin

Three academic institutions have come together to found a life sciences and medical research centre in Berlin that will focus on molecular biology.

The Integrative Research Institute for Life Sciences, was founded on 7 March by the Humboldt University, the Medical University Berlin and the Max-Delbrück research centre. The centre received financial backing from the city council of Berlin.
