A research centre for dementia has teamed up with the German government to investigate the best care for hospitalised patients with memory loss or neurodegenerative diseases.
The government will fund the collaboration with €1.7 million, the DZNE, the German centre for neurodegenerative diseases, announced on 18 July. The initiative is headquartered in Rostock, but will include universities and research centres from Jena, Bethel and Düsseldorf.
