UK’s exit from the EU has scuppered research partnerships and collaboration, leaders say
An overwhelming majority of university leaders in Germany see Brexit as a loss for European research activities, a survey has revealed.
Universities in general expect international cooperation to increase—but not with the UK, the annual Higher Education Barometer showed. The survey of university leaders was conducted by the Stifterverband, an association of science funders, and the Heinz Nixdorf Foundation.
