Funder reminds applicants to be careful about previous experience when submitting proposals
The Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG), Germany’s largest public research funding organisation, has issued a written reprimand against a scientist over what it said were mistakes on their CV.
The scientist, who has not been identified, had applied for a DFG grant. However, the DFG uncovered problems with the applicant’s CV, which was part of the funding application, the organisation said.
