€275m EU security calls open

Horizon 2020 calls span digital and border security, disasters and terrorism

The EU’s Horizon 2020 R&D programme has opened calls offering a total of €274 million for security projects.

The largest budget pot, €38m, is allocated to cybersecurity, where three calls focus on the use of artificial intelligence and special protections for small companies and electrical grids.
