Science minister “expressed her willingness” to begin process

New Zealand is ready to start formal talks on association to the EU’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme, according to the European Commission.

On 18 October, New Zealand’s science minister, Ayesha Verrall, “expressed her willingness” to enter formal negotiations, the Commission announced.
