Research organisations call for reversal of “counterproductive” and “unworkable” intellectual property provisions
Research organisations have stepped up their expressions of concern about what they describe as the “counterproductive” and “unworkable” intellectual property rules of the EU’s flagship innovation funder.
In a joint statement released on 5 December, a group of eight research organisations urged the European Commission to change the IP rules in the Transition and Pathfinder schemes of the European Innovation Council.
