Dismay as researchers in Canada and New Zealand blocked from swathes of R&D programme
The European Commission was apparently behind a decision to exclude Canada and New Zealand from full access to large parts of the EU’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme.
The suggestion, made to Research Professional News by a New Zealand government official, has alarmed the bloc’s research sector.
