Heitor’s advisory group on EU research programmes is listening, but will it be heard?
Manuel Heitor is in demand. Since being announced in December as the chair of an expert group advising the EU on the future of the bloc’s research and innovation programmes, he has not been short of invitations.
“A lot of people are asking me to participate in conferences,” Heitor tells Research Europe, sounding regretful that he can’t say yes to every single one.
