Plans to unveil long-awaited project fall through, with Commission and OECD yet to reach agreement
Agreement is yet to be reached on elements of a long-promised project to collate data on research careers in the EU, resulting in plans to unveil it last week falling through.
A data ‘observatory’ on research careers to help policymakers improve mobility, career paths, employment and working conditions for researchers in Europe was first recommended by EU member state governments in 2021.
