Leru wants ‘evolution not revolution’ from FP10

University group urges EU to build on successful parts of Horizon Europe

The EU’s research and innovation funding programme should undergo “evolution instead of a revolution” in moving from its current to its next iterations, the League of European Research Universities has said.

On 15 May, Leru published a paper setting out its vision for Framework Programme 10, which will start in 2028 and succeed the EU’s current R&I programme, Horizon Europe.
