Analysis finds inconsistencies between advice for programme applicants and that for evaluators
Horizon Europe evaluators need more training on how to provide feedback to applicants, a study by research managers and administrators from the League of European Research Universities has found.
The Leru team analysed 129 Evaluation Summary Reports from proposals submitted to the second pillar of the EU research and innovation programme in 2022, to see what lessons they could learn by analysing more ESRs than are returned to any single institution.
