Project developed an access point and rules for the European Open Science Cloud
A €30 million project to build crucial parts of the European Open Science Cloud, an EU-funded online portal for sharing and analysing research data, has wrapped up its work, with the project coordinator describing the moment as a “milestone” for the Eosc.
Coordinator Tiziana Ferrari said the Eosc-hub project, which formally ended on 31 March, had “laid the foundations and backbone” of the portal and made “enormous strides” in tackling Europe’s “fragmented research ecosystem”.
