The health-focused hub of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology has teamed up with the European Investment Fund on a networking initiative aimed to boost investments in life-sciences R&D.
The Venture Centre of Excellence initiative, announced on 18 September, will run networking events two or three times a year to allow companies and research institutes connected with EIT Health to meet and explore opportunities with potential investors.
An EIT spokeswoman told Research Professional News that the tailored, members-only events will run for 15 years.
