Committee receives recommended list of judges and adopts rules of procedure

A single court to rule on disputes over pan-European patents is now expected to be up and running in 2023 after some of the final preparatory steps for its creation were taken.

The Unified Patent Court announced on 14 July that, at an administrative committee meeting a week earlier, the chair of an advisory committee had presented a recommended list of judges for the court.
