Approval gives go-ahead to second multi-billion-euro hydrogen innovation initiative in just a few months
The European Commission has approved a second initiative for public funding of innovation in the hydrogen industry.
Approved on 21 September, the Important Project of Common European Interest will enable EU member states to provide up to €5.2 billion in funding, which the Commission said should unlock a further €7bn from industry.
