European Institute of Innovation and Technology chief hails “great successes” of agency’s networks
Innovation networks set up by one of the EU’s key funders are “on track” to becoming financially independent, the funder’s head has told Research Europe.
The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), which was set up in 2008 to strengthen the bloc’s ability to innovate, channels its funding through thematic networks called Knowledge and Innovation Communities.
