Bloc aims to tackle challenges including regulatory complexity and access to finance
The European Commission has proposed a set of targeted measures to boost biotechnology and biomanufacturing across the EU.
The Commission said it recognised that these areas were facing several challenges, including in transferring research and technology to market, regulatory complexity, a lack of skills and difficulty in accessing finance.
