Vestager says scheme is now comparable to Horizon Europe in terms of total funding
A senior EU politician has hailed the impact of the bloc’s scheme for supporting state aid related to research and innovation, saying it has now made an investment comparable in size to the total budget of the Horizon Europe R&I programme.
Two new projects were approved under the Important Projects of Common European Interest scheme on 28 May, bringing the total number to 10 since its launch in 2018.
