Europe ‘lacks political will and vision’ on space

Researcher says Europe “lags behind” other powers on space after commissioner stresses its “vulnerable” situation

Europe lacks a vision for its space policy and is falling behind other global powers, a researcher has warned.

Tomas Hrozensky, senior researcher and European engagement lead at the European Space Policy Institute, told Research Professional News: “Europe lags behind prominent space powers in several critical capacity areas such as human space exploration.”
