Peter Bede has been awarded a five-year clinician scientist postdoctoral research fellowship funded by drug development company Elan Corporation.
Based in neurology in Trinity College Dublin’s School of Medicine, the Trinity College Institute of Neuroscience and the Neurology Department at Beaumont Hospital, Bede will study the neuroimaging of neurodegenerative diseases, including motor neurone disease. The Elan research fellowship was announced on 9 October.
