The Irish Marine Institute invites applications from academic institutions to host a PhD scholar in gill disease in finfish aquaculture.
The scholar will carry out research into the emergence of amoebic gill disease in Atlantic salmon farming in Ireland and inform new management strategies to limit the significant impact of the disease.
