Twitter has announced a doubling of its employment in Ireland and is opening a European headquarters in Dublin making it the social media giant's second largest site internationally.
Twitter’s employees in Dublin will rise to 200 by the end of 2013, the company said in a statement on 25 September. The firm is backed by government agency IDA Ireland.
The new jobs will mainly be on the administrative side including finance and marketing, the firm said in a statement.
