Software centre pursues international research investment

University of Limerick-based manager tasked with seeking funding from EU and businesses

The University of Limerick-based Science Foundation Ireland centre for software has appointed an international funding manager as part of a drive to broaden its income streams. 

Martina Prendergast’s main goal is to bring in funding from international sources such as the EU and to bring in more funding from industry and charities, the foundation said in a statement released on 6 April.
