NWO-CW stelt in 2014 en 2015 20 miljoen euro beschikbaar voor PPS in de chemie via het Fonds Nieuwe Chemische Innovaties. Met bijdragen van het bedrijfsleven en EZ kan in totaal circa 30 miljoen geïnvesteerd worden in projecten voor de topsector Chemie, inclusief Biobased Economy.
