Brightlands Materials Center has been allocated additional public funding
The Province of Limburg has allocated additional funding of €6 million for four years—but split in two parts—to Brightlands Materials Center in Geleen, following a debate in the Limburg Parliament earlier this month.
In 2015 the province expected BMC to be independent by 2020. Now, if an independent external study finds the centre has a bright future, the province will award the second part of the funding in 2022.
