Holland High Tech has launched a strategy to increase Dutch participation in France’s high-tech R&D market.
HHT, an organisation set up to provide funding for research into high-tech systems and materials—one of the government’s nine ‘top sector’ priority areas in which entrepreneurs and researchers cooperate on innovation—created the strategy in response to French government spending plans.
