Dutch government sends proposals to European Commission that could lead to €4.7 billion in grants
The Netherlands has finally submitted its Recovery and Resilience Facility plan to the European Commission, setting out the projects it plans to implement with funding from the programme.
The Dutch plan was received on 8 July, after the Commission had already approved proposals from 25 other EU member states. The Dutch caretaker cabinet had postponed the submission of a recovery plan until a new government was in place. That new government has ruled since January.
