Education expert urges Dutch government to pay more attention to attitudes among schoolchildren
The Dutch government’s action plan for increasing diversity in higher education and research neglects the fact that problems start from an early age, according to an education expert.
Science minister Robbert Dijkgraaf updated parliament on the plan last month, but Eddie Brummelman, an associate professor of pedagogical and educational sciences at the University of Amsterdam, criticised the update in an article for the NRC newspaper.
