In depth: Dutch universities have ramped up efforts to protect themselves against unwanted transfers of sensitive knowledge or technology, according to a new report. Researchers from the consultancy firms Oberon and Dialogic found that knowledge security policies had been strengthened throughout the Dutch university system since 2022, following risk analysis by the universities.
