Dutch education minister says country also needs ability to put a brake on talent immigration

The Netherlands needs the ability to steer and slow its acceptance of international students, its education and science minister Robbert Dijkgraaf has said.

He was commenting on the Internationalisation in Balance Act (WIB) moving to the lower house of parliament for consideration on 13 May.
