Swedish research ‘must learn from Covid crisis’ to improve

Health experts urge Sweden to use new forms of cooperation developed during pandemic

Senior Swedish academics and healthcare professionals have urged the government to support new forms of research cooperation that have been developed recently to combat the coronavirus pandemic.

In an opinion piece in Swedish news magazine Dagens Samhälle, 26 writers say that the more flexible and nimble approach to research since the coronavirus crisis began should be embraced in the long term.
