Denmark needs more humanities graduates, sector leaders argue

Fears of a glut of humanities students are misplaced, suggest university heads

Denmark is at greater risk of a shortage of humanities graduates than a glut of them, contrary to popular opinion, two academic leaders have argued.

University of Southern Denmark (SDU) dean Simon Møberg Torp and vice-dean Lars Grassmé Binderup set out their views of the situation this month in an opinion piece for news website Altinget Forskning.
