Nordic countries look for edge in climate change solutions

The Nordic Council has called on its Council of Ministers to look into establishing a Nordic partnership aimed at demonstrating ways of dealing with climate change to other countries.

At a meeting in Copenhagen on 1 to 3 November the Nordic Council’s Environment Committee proposed a study for the establishment of a “climate bubble” in which Nordic countries would document ways of reducing climate emissions without damaging society or the economy.
