Finland needs a strategy for engaging with China in R&D and innovation in order to boost the Finnish economy, says a report from Finnish innovation agency Tekes.
The report New Opportunities for Finland-China R&D&I Cooperation, published on 23 October, calls for a national strategy to boost links between universities in the two countries and create a joint fund for commercialisation.
