Denmark’s PhD campaign needs postdoc follow-up, says academy

Having increased the number of PhD students at Denmark’s universities, the country’s government’s must now focus on boosting post-doctoral career opportunities, senior academics in Denmark have urged.

The issue was raised by the research policy committee of the Royal Danish Academy of Science and Letters, which brings together the country’s senior academics, in a report published ahead of the committee’s annual meeting on 7 February.
