Innovation in Sweden needs boost, says OECD

Sweden must not rest on its laurels if it wants to keep a place among the world’s most innovative countries, according to a recent report produced by the OECD.

The OECD’s review of Swedish innovation policy, published in February, warns that Sweden risks losing out to emerging research and innovation powers in Asia. “Sweden’s currently strong position should not lead to complacency,” it says.
