Countries around the Black Sea have teamed up with the European Commission to roll out a research and innovation agenda for the region.
The agenda, launched on 8 May, is intended to deliver “a shared vision for a productive, healthy, resilient and sustainable Black Sea by 2030”, the Commission said.
The document has four focuses: fundamental research challenges, economic growth, innovative infrastructures, and education for marine and maritime jobs.
