Spain to launch mentoring scheme for young researchers

  

Initiative will particularly focus on female researchers’ needs

The Spanish government is launching a mentoring scheme for young researchers, as part of a broader push to increase the attractiveness of research careers in the country

The scheme will include providing information, training, advice and good practice, said research and innovation minister Diana Morant on 6 October, and will have a particular focus on the needs of female researchers.
